Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. **What You Will Do:** The Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a motivated **Test & Validation Engineer II** to support the **Forest Raytheon Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC).** As a **Test & Validation Engineer II** , you’ll work within production operations and the manufacturing discipline and will partner with a multi-disciplined team of engineers to develop and evaluate test processes, special test equipment, data analysis tools and test requirements for Antenna and Radar Products. Your responsibilities will include: + Assisting with Designing, controlling, and improving the manufacturing process focusing on testing through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team + Improving yields + Assisting with implementing manufacturing process control and performance monitoring + Creating and overseeing improvement projects + Translating engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes + Performing hardware defect analysis and corrective action investigations + Participating in internal design review of Prime Hardware and test environment. **This job is posted as ONSITE and is located at Raytheon’s Forest, MS facility.** **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 2 years of relevant experience + Experience working in a manufacturing environment + Experience with data analysis **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Preferred major in electrical engineering/engineering technology + Experience/education with interpretation of technical documents + Experience with project execution + Experience in Power Supply testing + Experience in analog/power electronic component analysis and selection + Experience in simulation and modeling of analog circuits and power electronics + Demonstrated ability in use of electrical test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Function Generator, etc) **What We Offer** Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
