In this role, you’ll work with advanced electronic and mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across teams to keep operations running smoothly. **What You’ll Do** + Interpret test plans, work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams to prepare for each project. + Perform functional testing on systems, subassemblies, and components under varying environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, pressure, humidity). + Calibrate and maintain testing instruments to ensure accuracy. + Set up and operate equipment such as signal generators, frequency meters, DC power supplies, and spectrum analyzers. + Monitor measurements (voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance, capacitance) and compare results to product specifications. + Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and assist in repairs or documentation for rework. + Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve processes. + Verify mechanical dimensions and tolerances for precision parts. + Create or adapt custom test setups for unique or returned products. **What You Bring** + Associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or related field; or equivalent technical/military training and experience. + Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to work overtime when needed. **Why You’ll Love It Here** + Work with advanced technology in a collaborative, supportive environment. + Be part of a team that values accuracy, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Opportunities to expand your skills and grow your career.
