Job Title: Test Technician
Job Description
As a Test Technician, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting assembly or system level failures to the component level, utilizing test failure reports, schematics, datasheets, and other tools. You will collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to gain further knowledge of functionality when information is not readily available, and provide break fix support for test equipment. You will use appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production.
Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot assembly or system level failures to the component level using test failure reports, schematics, and datasheets.
+ Collaborate with Test Engineers and customers to understand functionality when information is not available.
+ Provide break fix support for test equipment.
+ Utilize appropriate tools for creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, schematics, and electronics troubleshooting.
+ Experience with multimeters and network analyzers.
+ Basic understanding of discipline-specific processes and product requirements.
+ Associates or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
+ 2+ years of experience working with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in tracking bugs and defects and developing solutions.
+ Any software programming experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
