🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Full-Time, Day Shift)

💵 Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00/hour (with potential for overtime)

About the Opportunity:

Join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA as a Test Technician! This hands-on role is perfect for individuals with a passion for electronics and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be part of a dynamic production team working on cutting-edge products and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:Conduct electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.Follow detailed work instructions and test plans to ensure product quality.Operate various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment.Accurately document test results and maintain data records.Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For:Must be eligible to obtain interim security clearance.Basic computer skills (e.g., timekeeping, navigating digital work instructions).Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow.Preferred Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
