- **NOW HIRING:** **_Manufacturing Test Technician_** **Position Type: Direct Placement** **Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm** **Pay: $25 - $33** **Job Description** This company is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manufacturing Test Technician to support our hot tub production operations. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, troubleshooting issues on the manufacturing floor, and supporting engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with large-part assembly (e.g., aerospace), be bilingual, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Troubleshooting & Testing (75%)** + Perform in-process testing and troubleshooting of hot tubs throughout the assembly line. + Use electrical testing equipment and basic hand/power tools to diagnose and resolve issues. **Process Documentation & Support (25%)** + Assist in building and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Collaborate with team to improve manufacturing processes. **Fixture & Tooling** + Build fixtures and tooling to support efficient and accurate assembly. + Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles. **Cross-functional Collaboration** + Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. + Participate in risk management activities such as FMEA studies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** - Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in production fabrication or assembly. - Experience in large-part assembly (preferably aerospace or similar). - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. - AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience. (nice to have) - Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) -Must be willing to travel to Tijuana at least once a month **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
