Skills and Requirements ~5+ years of experience with working with or testing mobile/off-highway construction equipment  Strong understanding of full-system mechanics (hydraulics, engines, electronics) o Background with refuse trucks, garbage trucks, or rental fleet equipment are good substitutes/examples  Comfortable working in a hands-on, dirty environment  Ability to work independently on testing tasks  Willingness to provide basic hand tools Experience with data acquisition tools (SOMAC EDAX, Siemens)  Strong technical report writing skills  Familiarity with prototype builds and validation processes null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
