Job Title: Test Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Test Technicians to join our team on the 1st shift in Lancaster, PA. This position is a key part of a manufacturing team within a global leader in sensor, detection, and jamming technologies. The Test Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting high-voltage electronic equipment, including Traveling Wave Tubes (TWTs) and Power Supply units. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities + Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair TWT and/or Power Supply equipment. + Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. + Debug circuits to the component level. + Operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, etc.). + Maintain production data and document procedures. + Support engineering teams and contribute to process improvements. + Uphold ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using test equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, and waveform generators. + Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, power supply, and TWT. + Good command of high-voltage electrical apparatus. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience. + Hands-on electronics testing experience. + Strong understanding of high-voltage systems and safety protocols. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience in electrical assembly and repair. + Process-oriented with outstanding attention to detail. + A strong work ethic and precautionary habits ensure work safety. Work Environment This full-time opportunity is located in our Lancaster facility. The work involves electronics testing and requires adherence to work safety practices. It is an engaging environment with long-term contracts with major defense integrators and direct DOD involvement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
