The Test Center Technician reviews and performs daily activities in the Test Labs, which includes monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure the proper functioning of the laboratories, finding solutions to product testing challenges, and making improvements. Additionally, this role shares the effort to improve testing capabilities and data collection through the integration of new technologies and testing methods.
Responsibilities:
Ensure proper operation of test equipment. • Ensure equipment complies with the test procedure for each product. • Record data and prepare test reports. • Work requires assembly and disassembly of outdoor tools. • Provide routine maintenance for test equipment. • Identify whether problems originated from test facilities or tested tools. • Responsible for proper tool setup and proper operation of test equipment before beginning testing. • Follow the correct FIFO for engineering projects. • Able to use outdoor tools and understand their functionality, assembly, and repair.
Education Required:
Technical or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Electronic, Mechanical Engineering required.Ability to read, write, speak English (preferred)PC skills - MS Word/Excel/Power Point and Internet.
Work Experience Required:
1-2 years’ experience in testing area, (preferred).Experience in Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanic (Required).
Skills & Knowledge Required:
Ability to use standard electrical and mechanical measuring instruments.
