We are hiring multipleTest Techniciansto join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Lititz, PA. These roles are available on2nd and 3rd shiftsand offer a clean, well-organized work environment with opportunities for cross-training and career growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional testing on electronic boards and assemblies.Ensure products meet client specifications through detailed test procedures.Work independently during off-shift hours.Participate in initial training on 1st shift.Required QualificationsAssociate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics OR Military Electronics Experience.Strong experience in electronics.Ability to work independently on 2nd or 3rd shift.Must be aU.S. Citizenand able to obtain a security clearance (not required at time of hire).Preferred QualificationsExperience with testing procedures and tools.Exposure to military electronics programs.Avionics experience (especially for Test Tech I level).Shift Details & Pay Range

2nd Shift:

Mon–Thu: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AMFri: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMEvery other Friday off

3rd Shift:

Sun–Wed: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AMEvery other Thu: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Range by Level:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
