Key Responsibilities + Perform functional testing on electronic boards and assemblies. + Ensure products meet client specifications through detailed test procedures. + Work independently during off-shift hours. + Participate in initial training on 1st shift. Required Qualifications + Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics OR Military Electronics Experience. + Strong experience in electronics. + Ability to work independently on 2nd or 3rd shift. + Must be aU.S. Citizenand able to obtain a security clearance (not required at time of hire). Preferred Qualifications + Experience with testing procedures and tools. + Exposure to military electronics programs. + Avionics experience (especially for Test Tech I level).
