General Responsibilities
• Key participant in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting and work flow processes with database communication
• Collaborate on analyzing the existing software and improving the processes
• Organize the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality
• Key participant in integration of in-house software for our test equipment
• Taking part in on-site software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

ROLE SPECIFIC
A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Master’s degree).To Design, develop and optimise production test sequences that ensure product functionality at EOL test.Collaborate on analysing the existing software and improving the processes.Organize the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality.Taking part in software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization.Utilise a working knowledge of a PC programming software languages and programming techniques (C/C++/C#/Visual Basic), revision control, and verification and validation techniques to develop and debug new and existing test solutionsShall be having advanced knowledge in the use of test development applications (National Instruments LabVIEW, TestStand).Experience in electronic test (ICT systems)Knowledge RF test and Measurement systemsAn element of foreign travel may be required for this positionReporting, and managing workload in a very fluid and demanding department.Coordinate with make site departments to support the team in delivering Sample Builds through the production facilities.Contribute to continually optimising the NPI process including writing technical documents and providing product specific training to manufacturing support staff.Liaise with various departments including Project Management, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering at a technical level, working within the NPDE2 framework to deliver successful growth and new product projects.Ability to project manage, collate, analyse and interpret data to identify, communicate and document risks and issues identified during product developmentAbility to work autonomously, and rapidly often to tight deadlines, without compromising quality on multiple projects.Support FAT and SAT of new production equipment liaising with all internal departments and equipment suppliers at a technical level where required.ROLE GENERIC
