Responsibilities Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of users. Design, plan and execute user research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks. Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities. Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user’s experience.
