About This Role INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - Prepares, plans and executes testing activities on the synthetic flight training device and in testing laboratories in cooperation with other members of the test team and other members of the Engineering and Program Management organizations. Tests and leads continuous improvements initiatives for Synthetic Training Devices, from Full Flight Simulators through Flight Training Devices to Computer Aided Training devices, to ensure the design, customer, training and regulatory requirements have been adequately met within budget and schedule constraints. Supports customer acceptance and device qualification of respective governmental authorities. Specialist professional level - Incumbent in this role is recognized as subject matter expert within discipline or a key contributor in a more complex/critical environment. Having a wide-ranging experience conducting complex work important to the organization. Position requires professional degree with a broad knowledge of several professional disciplines and typically 8 years of related experience.
