Required Qualifications
Experience
8+ years of software testing experience in Agile and hybrid projects5+ years in test leadership roles on large-scale system implementation projectsExperience with pension administration systems or similar financial/benefits applicationsExperience with data migration testing for financial or member-based systemsPrevious involvement in legacy modernization projects
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of test management tools (ADO, ALM, Jira)Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and implementation methods (Tosca, UFT, Selenium)Strong understanding of SQL and data validation techniques, and test data management tools (Tonic, Delphix)Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and methodologies (LoadRunner, Virtuoso, Neoload)Proficiency with various software development lifecycles supporting methodologies (Agile, Hybrid)Technical experience with evaluation of the cloud-based applicationsCloud-based pension administration technology stack, data and ETL processes, test automation.
Domain Knowledge
Understanding of pension administration and payouts business processesFamiliarity with pension calculations and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of financial processing and reconciliation conceptsExperience with member management and self-service systems
Leadership Skills
Ability to effectively manage and mentor large offshore team, across multiple testing disciplines and workstreamsAdequate verbal and written communication skills required to communicate to stakeholders, business and technical teamsProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage conflicting priorities and make decisions under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB Advanced Level certification or equivalentExperience with Canadian / U.S. pension administration software platformsStrong experience with Agile implementation for large-scale projectsWork Environment:
