**Test Manager (m/f/d)** In your role as Test Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting development of a test organisation with efficient use of all available resources. **Your tasks** + Technical managing verification activities + Distribute tasks to internal and external teams and coordinate their work + Present reports to management (PPM, Stream Leads, Global projectmanager) Critical questions regarding schedules and budget are also to be expected. The chosen strategy must be explained and defended + Developing strategies for efficient testing in a high-pressure project, taking into account quality and deadline pressure + Controlling the defined processes and quality gates. The challenge here is to take account of different process landscapes and cultures and, on the other hand, to work together on a product + Training all internal and external team members to understand the required processes. This requires in-depth knowledge of the processes and tools + Definition of metrics for tracking progress + Supporting the overall defect management processes (reporting and analysis) + Close coordination with stakeholders regarding project progress and the deployment of internal and external employees **Your qualifications** + Successfully completed studies in a technical or business field or relevant professional experience + Several years of experience in testing embedded software systems + In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of test management and/or project management + Basic programming experience + Knowledge of HIL and SIL + Experience in development/testing of safety-related systems, e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262 or IEC 62304 + ISTQB certification is a plus + Fluent in written and spoken English, German language is an advantage **Our offer to you** There is a lot to discover at Fresenius, because we have a lot to offer.
