In this role, you will manage tests by covering planning, execution, and closure of the testing process. You will define and implement test governance and reporting, including test strategy, plans, status reports, and insights into progress, issues, risks, and outcomes. As a Test Manager, you are expected to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead the testing team effectively. What you offer

• 8-10 years of experience in test management on large, complex projects with a focus on test governance and reporting; • Proven stakeholder management experience; • Strong leadership and team management skills; • Proficiency in test management tools and methodologies; and • Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and finance/tax domain; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
