To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Expert in Selenium, Webdriver, Test NG, Rest Assured, Cucumber BDD, SOAP UI,API testing, KarateExpert in Devops tooling like GIT, Jenkins, Nexus G3.Experience in SQL/MongoDB.Experience in JMeter.Experience in JIRA, Zephyr. Preferred to have technical understanding of Java, APIs, Mulesoft, Microservices etc.Hands-on experience on implementing BDD frameworkPreferred to have experience in Performance testing and Stress testing toolsExperience in Agile methodologies, preparing test strategies for medium to high range projectsFamiliar with SQL skills and database operations Proactively communicate with product owner, developers, QA, and database engineers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.Experience with stress/performance testing and has the knowledge of security testing, scalability testingGood understanding of Web Technologies and understanding of emerging trends and technologies i.e. Knowledge in MQ,Power apps, Kafka, Integration Patterns, Mongo DB, Maven, Jenkins, Micro Service Architecture, BPM (PEGA or Appian) and WebSphere application server.Strong English Communication and analytical skills are a must for working in a complex global team environment. Proven track record of managing testing resources across large projectsCo-ordination of activities across multiple IT teams in multiple locations and time zonesStrong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and ITStrong risk management skillsExcellent communication skillsProject Management tool – ClarityFacilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholdersJira management and handling Scrum of ScrumsProject status reporting(from testing perspective).

Strong technical aptitudeWilling to work in shifts based on the project need.Maintain a good rapport with stakeholders and delivery teams10 Years of proven record of managing complex IT projects. Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred.Nice to have exposure to powerapps.Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage.
