We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

Understand the business requirements, UI design, Web based. Mobile based applications.Define and own automation strategy Understand and improve current Selenium – cucumber based automation frameworkImprove in-sprint and regression test coverageAutomation of regression suite Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement Identify opportunities to automate / integrate within the Deployment and Release Management processes, and feedback.Contribute to technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality.Automation of APIsCreate an environment which anticipates risk, ensuring action is taken to quantify and mitigate them. Help support, coach and manage vendor resources as the requirement beLiaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.
