Position Summary

You will have a pivotal role in defining and implementing the test strate-gy, leading end-to-end quality assurance for S/4 HANA migration and implementations, as well as SAP ERP applications. You will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and providing operational support for testing activities, while also facilitating communication between different teams. Working closely with project managers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, you will ensure that testing is executed effectively and efficiently. As a member of the central test management team, the Test Coordinator will be responsible for creating test plans, managing test schedules, tracking de-fects, and ensuring that all testing activities are completed according to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements 
Education 
Bachelor/Master's Degree.

Experience 
1、A university degree in IT, information systems, or a related field.
2、Strong knowledge of the overall software test life cycle.
3、More than 10 years of experience in SAP Test Management or coordination, preferably with SAP Solution Manager for S4/HANA.
4、Strong organizational and project management experience.
Working experience with various S4/HANA functionalities and SAP Modules such as SD, MM, WM, and FICO.
5、Good to have experience in SAP test automation and relevant frameworks and tools like TOSCA, UFT, and SAP TAO.
6、ISTQB certification or other equivalent certifications in the field of quality assurance.
7、Experience working in a co-located team, with a willingness to travel.
8、Excellent communication skills in English. (Region Specific Language German / Chinese.)
    
 
 

Main Tasks

1、Provide guidance on methodology for cutover management to entity roll-ins in the deployment teams and establish methodological guardrails.
2、Develop high-level cutover plan (incl. dry-runs, contingency planning, etc.) and manage/mitigate risks for multiple SAP roll-in projects.
3、Collaborate with global and hubs to ensure that the cutover plan is synchronized with parallel cutovers regarding timelines & conflict resolution.
4、Work closely with the IT PM to align the cutover activities with the overall roll-in plan and parallel roll-ins on regional and global level.
5、Ensure that all parties are aligned with the cutover strategy and timelines.
6、Report on local cutover status to Global IT cross lead and resolve arising challenges in close collaboration with deployment team.
7、Ensure documentation (incl. lessons learned) and guidance for subsequent cutovers.
8、Mainly take responsible for cutover activities during project cutover phase and take other assigned project management tasks for whole project lifecycle.
