Test Manager
CTG is seeking to fill a Test Manager position for our client in Phoenix, AZ. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 12 months Duties: Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across multiple projects. Oversee both manual and automation testing efforts. Develop test strategies, plans, and execution timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and defect trends. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA team members. Manage test environments and ensure readiness for various test phases. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies. Skills: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in Java Selenium for automation testing. Expertise in REST API testing and API automation frameworks. Solid experience in Manual Testing. Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Experience: 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing. At least 3 years in a test leadership or management role. Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and projects. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
