The Test Manager oversees and delivers testing capabilities across various phases, including preparation, execution, processes, and governance. They work closely with Product Teams, Deployment Teams, Regions, Clients, and Functional Domains to optimize and prioritize business value. The role includes managing test cycles such as Global SIT, Local SIT, UAT, Performance, and Security testing, primarily using Agile methodologies. The Test Manager ensures that software products and systems meet quality standards and function properly before release.
 

Your responsibilities would include:

 

leading the delivery of test capabilities across various testing phases, including preparation, planning, execution, governance, and processes managing and executing test cycles such as Global SIT, Local SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, Security Testing, primarily within an Agile framework collaborating closely with Product Teams, Deployment Teams, Regional Teams, Clients, and Functional Domains to optimize and prioritize business value managing, documenting, and updating the deployment test plan, agreeing on the testing approach with the Client supporting the established D&T organization and its Product Teams by driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness reporting testing progress, defects, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders reviewing and signing off on the test exit report supporting the transition of TS&O into a global test capability, ensuring alignment with the broader program’s strategy, roadmap, and deployments ensuring the conceptual and technical integrity of solution features, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria.
 

You are a good candidate if you have:

 

8+ years of relevant experience in a test manager role and/or project management ability to define and assess test plans, timelines, milestones, objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria proficiency in risk identification and applying risk-based testing approaches, with the ability to define and monitor quality KPIs experience in delivering testing services for complex, long-term IT and business transformation programs proven experience in leading transformational projects focused on developing centralized capabilities, setup, migration, and deployment to clients across multiple geographic locations, time zones, and cultures knowledge of software testing standards and the ability to translate theoretical concepts into an organizational context understanding of non-functional testing domains, including performance, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance testing understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD concepts, with the ability to assess where automation vs. manual testing is most effective ability to work in a matrix structure and collaborate across global teams, regions, and functional domains strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between development, testing, and business teams excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

You are a perfect match if you also have:

 

professional certifications in the following areas: software testing, project management, quality assurance, requirements engineering experience in domain-specific testing challenges, compliance requirements, and best practices within the manufacturing & production industry or supply chain & distribution hands-on experience with JIRA, qTest Manager, and Power BI experience and affinity with SAP ERP/S4HANA and its integration with business platforms (and processes) experience with industrialization and large-scale & parallel deployments familiarity with AI-driven test automation and predictive analytics in QA to optimize testing efficiency.
