About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Test Lead Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys combining technical testing expertise with functional support responsibilities. You'll play a key role in both manual and automated testing of our software releases, while also acting as a functional manager for second-line support tickets.

This is a customer-oriented role with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and collaboration. You'll be part of a skilled team working on-site in Arnhem, contributing to the development and maintenance of robust testing frameworks using Python and pytest.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and execute manual tests for software releases Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python/pytest Manage and resolve second-line support tickets in collaboration with the team Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and team efficiency Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables Work on-site in Arnhem 4-5 days per week

Your Profile

7+ years of experience in software testing, with strong Python/pytest skills Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Experience with testbenches or hardware/software integration (pré) Strong communication skills and customer focus Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
