**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Manual Data Testing WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality of software testing and contribute to the overall success of our projects. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. + Oversee the execution of Manual Data Testing and WebServices Testing to identify and resolve defects. + Provide detailed Test Metrics and Reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability. + Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities and incidents. + Implement and maintain Testing Tools and Frameworks to streamline testing processes. + Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive coverage of business processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Rally HP ALM and Jira to manage test cases and defects. + Apply Basic Programming skills to create and execute automated test scripts. + Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies. + Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing insights. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques. + Contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Must have 8 to 12 years of experience in Manual Data Testing WebServices Testing Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. + Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a hybrid work model. + Proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
