**Job Responsibilities:** + Prepare and walkthrough of Test Strategy with relevant stakeholders internally and with client + Work on the estimates and strategy for new project/release + Setting up processes + Excellent writing and reading skills in English + Lead the team, interact with client stakeholders + Provide support in Business development activities, have conversations with different project stakeholders to understand the testing needs + Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Team Members and support the onboarding of new team members + Understand technological landscape, architecture & service layers involved + Manage stakeholders' expectations across Insprint, Integration and UAT within and outside Project teams + Preparing Test strategy and test planning for various phases of the project + Co-ordinate with Business users for UAT execution + Ensure team is enabled to perform the tasks assigned to them and work with them to mitigate the impediments + Well versed in Agile Methodologies **Job Requirements:** + Strong in Test Management, Manual Testing (iOS/Android) + Excellent knowledge on retailmobile testing + Knowledge on technical areas- database testing, salesforce testing, automation + Knowledge of any Test Management Tool + Good in communication skills – English + Creating the Test Strategy for programs + Should have worked in end to end lifecycle of a project + Experience working in large and complex projects \#LI-AL1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
