Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Data Engineer, data testing, and automation. This individual will play a key role in managing client-facing conversations, ensuring the quality and integrity of test data, and supporting functional and technical initiatives across the system.

 

The candidate must have hands-on experience in testing applications, managing large datasets, and automating data validation processes. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of contact for client discussions related to data quality, and testing initiatives. Own and manage test data creation, maintenance, and validation processes to support various testing cycles. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and development teams to understand functional requirements and ensure accurate data coverage. Leverage tools (e.g., DataGaps, Excel, SQL, or other test data management solutions) for test automation and validation. Support functional testing by designing and executing data-driven test scenarios. Identify and implement data automation opportunities to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Monitor data consistency across integrated systems and raise issues proactively.
