Responsibilities
Complete test tasks correctly according to operating instructions, such as fastener, circular saw blade, abrasive wheel test, etc.Daily equipment inspection and lab 5S work management.Ability to perform general operation of lab equipment.Skillfully change test fixture and parameter setting.Ability to respond quickly to lab equipment failure and timely feedback.Strengthen communication with engineers, timely understanding the status of products and equipment information.Monitor the operation of equipment and tooling, organize and coordinate the maintenance of equipment and tooling to ensure that the equipment is in good running condition.Participate in routine and preventive maintenance of equipment according to maintenance schedule.Lab test materials and spare part output and input registration record on time.Record real test data and organize test reports according to detailed standard report templates.Analyze the cause of test failure in detail with product engineer.Obey the arrangement of lab supervisor and complete the test task on time.Comply with EHS regulations and wear personal protective equipment as required.Qualifications
College degree or above in mechanical or electrical major is preferred.At least 2 years working experience.Experience in mechanical equipment operation or related test work.Good field problem solving skills and communication skills.Skilled use of Excel, Word, Power Point and Minitab statistical software.Self-motivated and good team playerWe Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
