Test Lab Technician
The Test Lab Technician I is a supporting role responsible for performing testing and analysis following product testing standards and work instructions. Individuals in this role are learning lab capabilities and standards with regular guidance.

1. Setup and conduct tests of product assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components as per agreed upon test plan and work instructions with assistance.

2. Accurately record test results of numerical and observed data.

3. Adhere to ISO 17025 standard guidelines.

4. With guidance from Project Leaders, prioritize work to align with the goals of the department and various project teams.

5. Ability to contribute to generation of basic test reports where assigned.

6. Appropriately handle and prepare samples for testing.

7. Detect and report equipment concerns.

8. Ability to work with basic soldering/rework of PCB/PCBA. (where applicable)

9. Basic knowledge of mechanical testing activities using hand tools and measurement devices. (where applicable)

10. Basic knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment. (where applicable)

11. Perform other duties as requested.

Job Qualifications   Minimum of High School or GED equivalent degree, or minimum 1 year related work experience. Associates or Technical School degree preferred. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as attention to detail and organization. Ability to adapt and function in an environment of changing priorities often under tight time constraints.   Physical Demand Requirements   DISCLAIMER: This position may include exposure to radio frequencies that may be dangerous to individuals with a pacemaker, consult with your doctor. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.   This role has an hourly salary range of $22 - $34/hr.
