The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a **Test & Evaluation Engineering Manager** to join our team in **Berkeley, MO.** The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Electrical Fabrication, Assembly, and Lab/Flight Test Technicians in support of Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons programs. **Position Responsibilities Include:** + Manage employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines + Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals + Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements + Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports + Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes + Manage, develop and motivate employees **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement + 3+ years of experience in a lead role as either a team-builder or a team-leader **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
