Job Title: Test Engineer Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Test Technician to develop and sustain test and inspection programs for one or multiple manufacturing test platforms. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, support manufacturing operations, and ensure optimal effectiveness in all aspects of the testing area.

ResponsibilitiesSupport manufacturing operators and technicians in troubleshooting and debugging test equipment and software.Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement solutions to minimize downtime.Lead equipment calibration and preventative maintenance efforts.Review and react to key process indicators to increase program capability while maintaining a low false call level.Identify and address program or system gaps, implementing solutions across the site.Actively listen to internal customers and contribute to external customer satisfaction.Provide technical leadership at the product level and collaborate with planners and manufacturing supervisors to support production schedule priorities.Develop new programs, complete test acceptance/validations, and implement engineering changes while maintaining program integrity.Lead the development of specific function training, assembly build instructions, or other training to support equipment operation.Attend training sessions at vendors to improve expertise and train other individuals on the content learned.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of an Associate's degree in electronicsFour years of related experience preferredProven hands-on experience in the development and fine-tuning of AOI, AXIExperience in developing, debugging, and sustaining programs for Flying Probe or supporting ICT programs and fixturesPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $27.50/hr.
