Job DescriptionWe are hiring for 2026
The goal of HydraForce’s internship program is to develop future engineering resources for our organization while providing support to our Engineering groups. We structure the engineering internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Project tasks reflect an increasing level of technical complexity based on demonstrated proficiency and success on prior assignments. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry level engineering position upon graduation.

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic circuits and tooling used on test stands throughout plantAnalyze and repair possible stand issues according troubleshooting guides if stands are out of startup controlReview hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic circuits and schematics to troubleshoot test setups and power unit equipment.Calibrate testing equipment such as pressure transducers, flow meter displays, heat, and current sensors.Preform and assist in correlation studies and GR&R for qualifying stands for specific products.Update documentation in Q-Pulse.
