Analyze, reproduce, debug, and resolve issues reported by internal and/or external customers in a timely manner. + Deliver maintenance/patch release for a given schedule. + Be a technical lead for a small team of 1-3 engineers. + Provide guidance and work with local partner/contractor staff. + Work with engineering teams across globe.
