Job description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Manual & Automation Tester with 3–10 years of experience to join our team in Istanbul (European side). In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test cases, ensuring product quality and performance. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks, with a strong focus on Selenium-based test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.

Ensure test coverage and maintain high-quality standards across the software lifecycle.

Create and manage test documentation, including test plans and reports.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving automation best practices.

Support continuous integration and delivery processes by integrating automated tests.

Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3–10 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium.

Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team player with effective communication skills.
