RESPONSIBILITY职责：
1. Write the schemes and documents of the functionality & reliability experiments according to the industry regulations and product specification requirements.
    根据行业规定和产品规格要求，撰写功能性和可靠性实验的方案和文档
2. Assess and prevent the risks of the quality, functionality and reliability during the new product development.
   在新产品开发过程中，评估并预防质量、功能和可靠性方面的风险
3.  Establish the test methods of Design Verification and Product Verification(DV/PV), develop the reliability standards, determine the test parameters, compile the test outlines: vibration, aging, humiture, environment reliability and HALT/HASA/HASS, etc.
    制定设计验证和产品验证（DV/PV）的测试方法，制定可靠性标准，确定测试参数，编写测试大纲：振动、老化、温湿度、环境可靠性以及HALT/HASA/HASS等
4. Responsible for setting up and running the DV/PV test in the various stages. Identify and address various failure problems. Assist R&D team in solving the functionality failure or un-reliability design.
   负责在各个阶段建立和运行设计验证（DV）/生产验证（PV）测试。识别并解决各种故障问题。协助研发团队解决功能故障或设计不可靠的问题
5. Test all the aspects and features of that product and make reports for different development stage, get involve from prove of concept stage.
测试该产品的所有方面和功能，并为不同开发阶段撰写报告，从概念验证阶段就开始参与
6.  Have to conduct comparative studies and compare their product with existing rival products, which will ensure that they have a superior and original product.
    必须进行对比研究，将自身产品与现有竞争对手的产品进行比较，以确保自身产品具有优越性和原创性
7.  Responsible for analysing the work environment and modifying the reliability standard.
    负责分析工作环境并调整可靠性标准
8.  Responsible of the archive logging with the reliability phenomenon, cause, solution, verification during the R&D, production and after-sales process. Inform the risks and offer the optimum advises of the subsequent product
    负责在研发、生产和售后过程中记录可靠性现象、原因、解决方案和验证的档案。告知风险，并为后续产品提供最佳建议
9.  Responsible for quality control of the production line, formulating inspection standards, supervising the production process, and addressing quality anomalies on the production line.
    负责产线的品质管控，制定检验标准，监督生产过程并处理产线品质异常问题
10.  Responsible for programming and incoming inspection of circuit boards.
      负责烧录以及电路板入厂检验
11.  Responsible for the work of DDL Laboratory
      负责DDL实验室的工作
12.   Responsible for advancing the DDL project
      负责电子锁项目的推进
13.  Comply with the PPCD's EHS regulations.
      遵守PPCD的EHS（环境、健康和安全）规定

REQUIREMENTS要求：
1.  Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, mechatronics, automation, etc.
    全日制本科及以上学历，电子、机电、自动化等相关专业
2.  Familiar with the reliability theory and test methods. 
     熟悉可靠性理论和测试方法
3.   At least 2 years working experience in embedded system development of smart home, security, smart door lock or access control system is preferred;
     2年以上智能家居、安防、智能门锁或门禁系统嵌入式系统开发经验优先
4.   Grasp the workflows, professional skills and theoretical methods of the firmware flow chart, functionality & reliability.
     掌握固件流程图、功能和可靠性的工作流程、专业技能和理论方法
5.   Familiar with the test equipments: signal source, spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscope, wifi, Bluetooth, C program is preferred.
     熟悉测试设备：信号源，频谱分析仪，示波器，wifi，蓝牙，C程序优先
6.   Have the basic R&D technical knowledge. Familiar with the R&D process and development stages.
      具备基本的研发技术知识。熟悉研发流程和开发阶段
7.    Familiar with English communication, include product specification research, documentation and test reporting preparing after test. Oral English speaking will be plus.  
     具备基本的研发技术知识。熟悉研发流程和开发阶段。
