Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as a Test Engineer you will design and implement software test systems to verify and validate world-class safety-critical measurement & analytical instrumentation that integrates with industrial automation equipment.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure. Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations. Work with cross-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges. Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule Support manufacturing of test systems by working with global manufacturing, troubleshooting issues, and deploying/maintaining test stations Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.) Provide technical support for test stations Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science Zero (0) years of applicable experience  Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: An ABET-accredited engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience with related technologies and techniques (Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET application development, object-oriented design principles; SQL, JavaScript, requirements-based, and gray box testing) Interest and experience working with test systems

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary/pay range for this role is $76,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
