The Opportunity:


Be part of a great team of professionals on the Data Transport Product Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) program. In performing system test activities for all modification and sustainment efforts, you will be indirectly supporting the continued delivery of telemetry, tracking and commanding (TT&C) capabilities to a variety of AFSCN users.

More About this Role: As a member of the System Test & Evaluation (ST&E) Test Execution Team, you will be asked to support the planning, development, execution, and reporting of System Level Lab and Site Tests. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and may require occasional travel.
 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for determining optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions in order to assure compliance with applicable specifications and system requirements. This includes identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposesCombines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraintsDevelops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activitiesReviews and evaluates test requirements to ensure completeness of test programPerforms technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluationsReviews test data for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customerLeads in demonstrating the effectiveness of test methodsParticipates in Test presentations to the customer and customer reviewsPrepares test reportsExperience working with skilled engineers and technicians • Experience establishing strong relationships with government customers, subcontractors, and vendors


Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor of science degree (BS)US Citizen with current Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)5+ years of experience in test planning, setup, execution and reporting5+ years of experience conducting tests in a lab or production environment5+ years of experience conducting verification, test, and/or data analysisExperience working in a cross functional environmentDevelops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition needed to perform the test and minimize riskIdentifies solutions to complex problems and leads the development of metrology processes, methods, and toolsParticipates in evaluation of test performance dataReviews test data for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customerPrepares test reports for review

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
