Job Description

  

The Test Engineer will be part of a growing team that is responsible for working on and validating a wide array of customer products with specific focus on Automotive Infotainment Systems.   In this role, you will be exposed to the latest technologies and cutting-edge products and protocols. 

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Create test plansTake customer definitions or industry standard specifications and create executable test plansPerform black box and exploratory testing for complex technical systemsEvaluate high tech electronic productsAnalyze and debug protocol tracesAnalysis of protocol traces (specifically Wireless, Bluetooth, and WiFi)Create and communicate technical reportsCreation of test reports for internal analysisCreations of test reports for external customersBuild strong internal/external relationships with a focus on providing great solutions

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

Currently enrolled or graduated students in the field of Electrical/Computer Engineering/Science2 - 5 years related work experienceHands on experience with test and measurement tools including protocol analyzers and exercisersHands on ability to establish and demonstrate new technologiesAbility to take technical product features and clearly define test requirementsTeam player with the ability to be an individual contributorAbility to absorb customer requirements and work with team to meet customer needs.Excellent organizational skills, and verbal/written communication skillsExcellent people skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.Ability to perform well under pressure, to set and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Passionate about electronics, system solutions and softwareTesting experience with oscilloscopes is a plus
