Position Summary

In this position, you would be a key member of the core Test Manufacturing Engineering Team, with responsibility for installing and maintain production electrical test and product programming solutions for the production product lines.

Your Role

Work together with the manufacturing development team on test software, hardware, and application specific tooling for assigned product programsWork together with Quality, Operations and Maintenance teams to improve the cycle time, escapes and capability of test processes.Work out with development team a suitable standard test equipment/configuration for the assigned taskUtilize Statistical Analysis Methods (6-Sigama, MSA, Cpk,…) to optimize performance of parametric electrical testsWork out proper documentation of the assigned test process, respect the APTIV processes and procedures accordinglyContinuous improvement on the test systems deployed on production (hardware and software)

Your Background

Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or similarGood acknowledge in software development skills in one or more of the following software languages: National Instruments LabView,  NI LabWindows CVI, NI TestStand, C++, CPreferred: Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex-Ray, Broad@Reach and flashing concepts of memory devicesGood problem solving capabilityEnergetic, self-motivated, and proactive work styleBusiness fluent English
