We are looking for a Test Engineer, to be hired with a permanent contract in Rome, Italy within the Center of Competence-Optimization area.

Your Challenge

As Test Engineer your mission will be to contribute to improving the quality of the software products and solutions developed by the Center of Competence.

Your main activities will include: Support in decision about the strategic direction on testing topics of the software products and solution Support both the Product Owner and the Product Lifecycle Manager in requirements definition Design and develop test procedures, methods and models Execute and trail test procedures using automated software testing techniques

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

Confirmed experience in testing Java/C++/Python applications Familiarity with automatic testing frameworks (Jenkins, Gitlab CI) Experience with version control systems Programming experience in at least one of the following languages: C++, Java and Python Familiarity with the Linux OS Knowledge of testing tools like Apache JMeter, SoapUI.
