We are currently seeking a Test Data Management Engineers (Hybrid) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). This is a Hybrid working schedule (1 week in-office / 1 week remote) **Role Responsibilities:** Data Masking & Privacy: Design and implement comprehensive data masking strategies to protect sensitive data across development, testing, and QA environments, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaborate with data owners, developers, QA teams, and compliance officers to identify and classify sensitive data elements. Develop and maintain masking rules and policies aligned with data privacy regulations. Utilize data masking tools (e.g., Informatica, Delphix, IBM Optim, or similar) to automate and streamline masking processes. Perform impact analysis and validation of masked data to ensure data integrity and usability for testing. Monitor and audit masked environments to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data masking processes and tools. Document masking procedures, configurations, and best practices. Test Data Management (TDM): Design and implement test data management strategies to support software development and QA processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to understand data requirements for testing. Create, maintain, and refresh test data sets using subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data masking techniques. Automate test data provisioning processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all test data activities. Work with database administrators to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for test environments. Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues, ensuring data integrity and availability. Maintain documentation for TDM processes, tools, and best practices. Evaluate and implement TDM tools (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA Test Data Manager). Support test data provisioning and subsetting efforts as needed, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Data Mining & Analysis: Design and implement data mining processes to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data. Develop algorithms and models for classification, clustering, regression, and anomaly detection. Work with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Spark or equivalent. Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats for analysis. Evaluate and improve the performance of data mining models and pipelines. Visualize data patterns and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
