We are looking for a test automation leader with strong hands on Java Selenium.
Work Experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and API testing frameworks.
Design and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.
Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing and deployment processes.
Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to improve product quality and user experience.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in test automation and software testing methodologies.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (3-8 years) in automation testing with strong proficiency in Selenium with Java.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in healthcare domains is a plus.
