We are seeking a versatile and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software. These positions involve creating and maintaining test scripts, test frameworks, and automation tools to streamline the testing process and catch potential issues early in the development lifecycle.

Collaborating with development teams to understand the code, identify potential areas for automation, and resolve any issues that arise during testingDesigning and developing test casesWriting and maintaining test scriptsCreating and optimizing test frameworksExecuting manual and automated testsAnalyzing test results and reporting defectsStaying up-to-date with the latest advancements in test automation tools and techniques.Required Skills and Experience:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of related professional experienceActive Secret clearance which requires US citizenshipStrong Understanding of Software Testing Principles: Familiarity with various testing methodologies and techniques (e.g., manual, regression, performance, integration).Programming Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) to write test scripts and frameworks.Experience with Test Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, etc.Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks: Understanding of different frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Robot Framework).Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and diagnose software issues, as well as analyze test results.Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with developers, other testers, and stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with agile development methodologiesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with Git, Docker, ORMs, RESTful APIsSecurity Clearance Requirement:
