About the Role Your work as our new Test Automation Engineer will be essential in ensuring our systems are reliable, efficient, and meet the highest standards of quality. You’ll play a key role in enabling developers to catch issues early and deliver high-performing software with confidence. As a quality advocate, you’ll help identify root causes of defects and translate those insights into smarter, more effective test coverage. What You’ll Be Doing + Design, develop, and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks using Python. + Collaborate closely with developers to integrate testing practices throughout the development lifecycle. + Transform escaped defects and pipeline issues into preventative test cases. + Ensure test results are clear, actionable, and accessible to the development team. + Execute safety and regression tests to validate system behavior under real-world conditions. We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR We’re looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Test Automation Engineer to help us build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks. Moreover, you have: + Strong experience with Python, particularly for building and maintaining test automation frameworks + Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira for tracking tasks, bugs, and test cases + Solid understanding of software testing principles, with a focus on performance, reliability, and usability + Collaborative mindset, with a passion for embedding quality into the development lifecycle On-site presence is essential, as testing involves hardware-in-the-loop systems. You can expect to be in the office an average of at least four days per week. We aim to provide a flexible and supportive work environment that promotes collaboration and high-quality outcomes without compromising on efficiency. Nice-to-Haves + Experience designing experiments or performance tests, especially in robotics contexts. + Experience with processing test data and generating traceability reports that link test cases to requirements and code changes. + Exposure to safety-critical testing or validation of hardware/software systems.
