Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:\n•\tContribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, with an emphasis on complex and critical components.\n•\tCollaborate with team members to meet project requirements, actively participating in design and code reviews.\n•\tProvide technical expertise and support to team efforts, acting as a subject matter expert in specific domains.\n•\tAssist in solving complex technical challenges, researching and proposing solutions.\n•\tParticipate in defining software requirements and specifications.\n•\tDebug and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with operations and support teams.\n•\tContribute to the assessment and adoption of new technologies and best practices.\n•\tMentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experience\n•\tProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies \n•\tStrong programming and debugging skills\n•\tFamiliarity with software development practices and methodologies\n•\tStrong problem-solving skills\n•\tGood team collaboration and communication abilities\n•\tWillingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a related field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications or training a plus
