What You’ll Do:
Receive, log, label, store, and ship test articles and samplesTrack inventory and maintain accurate recordsHand out and collect materials for lab staff and techniciansEnsure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs and GLP standardsRespond to internal requests and resolve discrepanciesHelp maintain storage units and may assist with alarm response (on-call)Key Skills:
Attention to Detail – Accurate logging, labeling, and inventory trackingOrganization – Efficient handling of materials and sample workflowsCommunication – Clear interaction with internal teams and documentationTime Management – Prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environmentBasic Computer Skills – Inventory systems, data entry, and emailCustomer Service – Responding to internal requests professionallyAdaptability – Comfortable working in cold storage and with hazardous materialsTeam Collaboration – Working closely with lab staff and study coordinatorsCompliance Awareness – Following SOPs and GLP guidelinesEducation/Experience:
