WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Test and Targeting Analyst, you’ll help boost customer value and sales by creating and guiding regional teams in selecting the right audiences and setting effective customer & media strategies. Using tools like High touch and GCP, you’ll define customer segments, support the setup and follow-up of A/B tests, and turn results into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, lead the region’s test-and-learn agenda, and connect global and regional teams to align on targeting and media effectiveness.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of the Customer Activation team in the region, collaborating closely with Insights & Analytics, as well as commercial and digital teams at both regional and global level. Together, you’ll build impactful strategies that bring us closer to our customers, increase their customer lifetime value and enhance our omni-channel performance.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for a curious and analytical mind, someone passionate about turning data into impact. You combine strong technical skills with a collaborative approach, and you’re confident navigating across teams and tools.
To succeed in this role, you have:
A degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or similar roles.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python is a plus.Experience working with CRM platforms, audience management tools, and preferably Hightouch and GCP.Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you know how to make data speak.Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools is a strong asset.A hands-on, structured mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.WHO WE ARE
