GovCIO is currently hiring for  to Test and Evaluation Specialist to develop and execute test plans to ensure systems quality standards. This position will be located in Columbia, MD and will be an on-site position.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures. Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies and data related to production. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions, process optimization and modifications.

Responsible for scheduling, conducting, and tracking corrective action from both internal audits as well as external auditors.Ensures test coverage across a broad range of environments, testing all elements of the release process.Performs as the configuration manager for all organizational process assets which include policies, processes, procedures, and associated tools.May gather metrics data as needed to support the analysis and reporting on operating efficiency and key business metrics.May support the development and maintenance of relevant records for all performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications

High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience

Clearance Required: TS/SCI6+years of experience planning and executing comprehensive testing for training platforms and curricula, analyzing results, and reporting findings.Skilled in test planning, test execution, defect analysis, and reporting.IAT Level II or higher.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
