Test and Commissioning Manager

Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Test and Commissioning Manager in Bangkok office. 

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible for the Orange Line Project to design, engineer, manufacture, supply/ procure, install, test, integrate, commission the M&E Equipment consisting of supply a turnkey system including metro trains, signaling, depot and workshop equipment, platform screen doors and communications systems. 

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Actively promote safety and implement the Safety Management System in compliance with the Safety plan to ensure a safe workplace and personnel. Developing, implementing and managing the Overall Test and Commissioning Strategy to ensure fulfillment of all related contractual obligations  Providing support and guidance to System Integration Managers and Sub-contractors to ensure Test and Commissioning documentation is prepared and submitted in accordance with contractual and internal process requirements  Being liaise with the project Scheduler and System Integration Managers to ensure that Test and Commissioning activities are planned, resourced and executed within schedule constraints  Being responsible for successful execution of each Test and Commissioning phase to achieve contractual acceptance. Ensuring test plans are developed by subcontractors and that they are compatible with the contract requirements.  Lead internal and external testing meetings.  Arranging for the preparation and submission of all testing and commissioning plans as required by the contract.  Preparing system test and commissioning plans with Integration Manager, QA & EHS Manager.  Lead the Permit-to-Work Office for access control

Use your skills to move the world forward.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or a related field. Direct experience in metro projects for the railway industry in Test & Commissioning Detail oriented, planning skills, project execution and teamwork ability Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Fluent in written and spoken English language
