We are currently seeking a Test Analyst with Fraud claim to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Description Atleast 6 year of Testing / Analyst experience, preferably on the Fraud Claims Domain Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Create detailed and reusable test cases for complex business scenarios. Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of applications Execute test plans and test cases ensuring that they meet provided requirements and/or features of the releases Mentor junior testers to adhere to best practices. Execute critical and high-priority test cases; analyze results. Report defects with clear documentation and liaise with developers for resolution. Collaborate with the domain consultant for domain-specific validations. Perform Peer review of Junior Testers on complex requirements. Mandatory Requirement 1.
