At Cognizant we promote an inclusive culture, where we value different perspectives providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant! **Preferred experience:** **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and reliability. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality testing solutions. + Utilize expertise in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem to perform detailed testing and troubleshooting. + Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues and recommending solutions. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics testing. + Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any testing challenges. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. + Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. + Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing tools and technologies relevant to the domain. + Work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects ensuring timely delivery of quality software. + Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential testing challenges. + Ensure all testing activities are documented accurately and maintained for future reference. + Support the deployment and release process by conducting final testing and validation.
