Today, we are looking for a Territory Supervisor to join our team in Morocco.

 

This role is based in Fes.

 

Your ‘day to day:

 

Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive area deployment plan to address in the best possible way the needs of Legal Age Nicotine Users in an efficient, agile and collaborative way of working with partners and agencies.

 

More specifically you will:

 

Ensure a comprehensive knowledge, understanding of the retailers and legal age nicotine users in the assigned territory to deploy relevant plan. Identify new business development opportunities and prepare action plan to execute on the ground accordingly.Ensure optimal standard of PM portfolio distribution by monitoring availability and stock levels across the assigned area.Plan and oversea consumer engagement activities to maximize brands trial and awareness within the territory.Demonstrate high level of collaboration with Distributor Partner to create synergies between sales and business development teams.Deploy, manage and follow up digital trade engagement tools to ensure business impact and efficiency.Ensure proper brand communication and product visibility in licensed point of sales.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

Graduate in Business Studies, Engineering, Social Sciences or a related field.1-3 years commercial experience (ideally in a multinational company).Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Digital Savviness.Excellent commands in Microsoft tools.Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
